Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant based in Kolkata metropolitan area. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in the sale, purchase, and rental of real estate properties. The day-to-day tasks will include client relationship management, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and providing exceptional customer service. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will also receive training on sales techniques and real estate market trends.

Qualifications
  • Real Estate Sales and Sales skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate industry
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Willingness to learn and receive training on sales techniques and market trends
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
