Our carefully designed approaches facilitate market intelligence across various business areas, such as identifying growth levers and optimizing costs.


Roles and Responsibilities


Manages all end-to-end project-level details including:

● Working with the client on different stages of the project lifecycle like questionnaire discussion, link programming and testing, project setup, data collection, data quality check, fieldwork monitoring and conclusion.

● Keeping the client informed about project status by sharing regular fieldwork updates and addressing any client queries during fieldwork. Proactively contacts clients by phone and email to finalize project specifications and to provide consultative updates throughout the project life cycle.

● Communicate with the Sales Lead and Operations Management to apprise them of study status and any issues that require help.

● Ensures project design meets client needs by consulting clients concerning online research best practices.

● Identifies and communicates potential problems to appropriate colleagues to drive a resolution.

● Manages third-party partners and outsourcing vendors to deliver the highest levels of client satisfaction.

● Maintains a positive working relationship with colleagues, clients, and vendors.

● Develops an understanding of the company’s product portfolio and demonstrates an ability to facilitate and support the delivery of new and expanded products/services. Optimizing Lifetime Client Value is a very important aspect of the role.

● Key involvement with client interactions, internal process improvement, consultation, and value-added service.

● Should be knowledgeable of Offline Market research techniques.


Good to have:


● Minimum of 5 years experience in professional project management in market research.

● Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in Market Research, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.

● Excellent English communication skills – specifically how to distill issues, manage client expectations, act as a trusted advisor, and communicate promptly under pressure.

● Reacts to change productively and displays a solutions-driven approach.

● Adept at using technological resources including MS Office including Excel, and an aptitude for using web-based survey tools.

● Experience working directly with survey programmers to manage the scripting process.

● Experience working with data processing staff to manage reports and deliverables.

● Experience with an online panel supplier.

● Strong understanding of statistical/tabulation software (such as SPSS).
