Role Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements and company culture.
  • Implement team-building initiatives to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices.
  • Lead employer branding efforts to position Chai Days Indian Ltd as an employer of choice.
  • Implement cost-effective recruitment strategies to minimize hiring expenses while maximizing the quality of hires.
  • Work closely with department heads and managers to identify training needs and gaps in support staff performance that can be addressed through targeted training initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices, labor legislation, and cost control strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
