Role: Sr. Business Analyst (Healthcare) +5 Experience

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid | 3 Days a Week)

Must-have:

  1. Salesforce Admin Certification
  2. Salesforce Service Cloud experience 3-5 years


Roles & Responsibilities:

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.

Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.

Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.

Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan.

Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.

Must be available to work for a few hours daily during PST (Pacific Standard Time) business hours.


Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role in the Healthcare domain (in the Cancer domain is a plus)

Experience working with the Data team in helping translate requirements for building dashboards

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of relevant tools such as SQL, Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Tableau dashboards (good to have), etc.
