Job Designation / Role: Lead Flutter Developer

Location: Ahmedabad, Hyderabad


Job Objective:


We are seeking an experienced Lead Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the iOS and/or Android ecosystems, experience integrating backend systems and third-party services, and a proven track record of leading a team of developers. This role requires a mix of hands-on development, team leadership, and strategic planning to deliver high-quality mobile applications.


Key Responsibilities:


• Mobile Ecosystem Integration: Solid understanding of the iOS and/or Android ecosystems and their integration with backend systems and third-party services.

• Flutter Expertise: 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter is essential.

• Mobile App Development: Proven experience in developing and unit testing using technologies such as Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, Xamarin, and React Native.

• Team Leadership: Experience in leading a team of at least 5 developers on mobile app projects.

• Extensive Experience: Minimum of 8 years in developing mobile applications for iOS and/or Android.

• Enterprise System Integration: Experience in developing apps integrated with enterprise systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, MySQL, eCommerce systems, payment gateways, cloud-based middleware, databases, and REST/SOAP web services.

• Design Guidelines: Good understanding of iOS Human Interface Design Guidelines and/or Android Material Design Guidelines.

• App Deployment: Experience in provisioning and deploying applications on the App Store and Play Store.

• Development Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Xcode IDE, Android Studio, Visual Studio, and associated tools.

• Design Patterns: Ability to understand and implement design patterns like MVVM and MVC.

• Module Design: Capability to create low-level designs for modules, high-quality coding, and unit testing.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving skills, and a learning attitude.

• Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work on both development and support projects.


Job Requirements:


• Flutter Expertise: 1-2 years of experience in Flutter.

• Mobile Application Architecture: Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and the ability to document it.

• Web and Mobile Application Development: Experience with web applications (e.g., React Native, Hybrid, Angular) and mobile applications (e.g., iOS, Android, Xamarin).


Education: BE/B.Tech, MCA, MSC, M.Tech
