bottom wear with the highest quality fabrics and international fashion trends to our customers.

Backed by one of the leading textile makers of the world, we are building a fashion brand from India

for the world. We have been recognized as one of India’s leading emerging D2C Fashion Start Ups 2

marketplaces as well, via an off-the-rack solution. We have scaled to #1 in Men’s Formal Trousers on

Amazon. This is just the beginning of our journey.

The Inventory Analyst & Production Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring optimal inventory

levels across multiple warehouses and stores, including Amazon's warehouse, our own warehouse,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Analysis: Regularly assess sales trends on own website, stores, Amazon & Myntra, and verify inventory levels at own warehouse & Amazon's warehouse, to identify potential stock gaps or overstock situations.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Utilize inventory forecasting techniques and historical data to accurately predict future demand and inventory requirements.
  • Production Coordination: Collaborate closely with the production teams to plan and schedule the manufacturing of goods to meet inventory needs. Determine whether line production or bucket production is most appropriate based on demand, time constraint & cost optimization.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Streamline inventory management processes and supply chain workflows to minimize stockouts, reduce excess inventory, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Inventory Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory levels, sales performance, and production status for review by management.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and propose proactive solutions to mitigate them.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products, maintaining strong relationships to support production schedules.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.

What You Can Expect:
