Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Junior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the development, tuning, and optimization of AI solutions tailored to CUR8’s product suite. Working under the guidance of senior team members, you will assist in implementing AI models that contribute to CUR8’s strategic goals, focusing on learning and growth within the AI field.


Key Responsibilities:
  • AI Model Support: Assist in the design, implementation, and fine-tuning of deep learning models, including SVM, LSTM, Transformers, and Recurrent Adversarial Networks (RAG).
  • Large Language Models (LLMs) Assistance: Support the use of LLMs such as OpenAI, Llama, and Gemini. Help customize and optimize these models to meet CUR8’s specific requirements.
  • Prompt Engineering & Vector Databases: Aid in applying prompt engineering techniques and managing vector databases to enhance AI model performance.
  • Data Embeddings & Transfer Learning: Help develop and apply data embeddings and transfer learning techniques under the supervision of senior engineers.
  • Problem Solving & Experimentation: Participate in problem-solving and experimentation to refine AI model behavior under guidance.
  • Python Programming: Use Python for data analysis, machine learning, and potentially web development tasks, contributing to robust and scalable implementations.
  • Machine Learning Libraries: Gain experience with libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and scikit-learn to support various machine learning tasks.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders, learning to align AI solutions with business objectives.
  • Communication: Develop the ability to communicate technical concepts and progress effectively within the team and to external stakeholders.


Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 1+ years of experience in deep learning frameworks, NLP, or working with LLMs (internship experience counts).
  • Exposure to SVM, LSTM, Transformers, and other AI architectures.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, vector databases, and data embeddings is beneficial.


  • Technical Skills:
  • Basic proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning.
  • Exposure to machine learning libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and scikit-learn.


  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.


  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the field of AI.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
