Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Graphic Designer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual identity through compelling designs that communicate our mission of sustainability, style, and fair trade. From social media graphics to web UI/UX, your work will be at the forefront of how our customers interact with our brand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Branding & Visual Identity: Develop and maintain the brand's visual aesthetic, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Social Media & Digital Content: Create engaging social media creatives, ads, and website visuals that tell the story of our sustainable practices and products.
  • Print Design: Design marketing collateral including lookbooks, brochures, posters, and product packaging with an emphasis on eco-friendly materials.
  • Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and email newsletters.
  • Photoshoot Coordination: Work closely with the photography team to direct photoshoots and select the best imagery for digital and print use.
  • Innovation: Stay on top of design trends, particularly in home decor, and bring fresh ideas to our campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within home decor or e-commerce.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and previous work in branding, digital, and print design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and in-cloud apps like Canva etc.
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
