We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join our team as we enter an exciting new

Location: Tardeo, Mumbai

Working model: Onsite model

Days: Monday to Friday

Timings:11am to 7PM

Saturday’s are usually WHF and a half day.

Budget: 40k - 45k +commission

Experience: 2 - 4 years


Responsibilities:

● Identify and target potential clients in various industries who could benefit from our social media services.

● Develop and execute effective strategies to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.

● Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities.

● Create compelling and customised pitch decks tailored to the specific needs and objectives of potential clients.

● Conduct persuasive presentations to showcase the agency's capabilities, services and success stories.

● Adapt pitch strategies based on client feedback and market trends.

● Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from pitch to project initiation.

● Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their social media presence.

● Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the social media space.

● Maintain and enhance our website and social media accounts.

● Analyse market data to identify potential areas for business expansion and client engagement.

● Work closely with the creative and account management teams to develop integrated solutions that meet client objectives.


Requirements:

● Proven experience in business development, preferably in a social media agency or related industry.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

● Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

● Ability to create and deliver persuasive pitch decks.

● Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

● Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-focused mindset.
