Job Title: Software Project Coordinator

Location: Hybrid

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1-2 Years


Job Description:


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Software Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between various teams and external vendors, ensuring smooth project execution within set timelines. This role requires effective communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


Tasks Management & Team Coordination:

1. Collaborate with the development and UI/UX teams to gather task timelines. Knowledge of exploring Figma and understanding project workflow.

2. Ensure tasks are completed within the agreed timeframe.

3. Identify and resolve bottlenecks that may hinder project progress.

4. Proficiency in using Figma and understanding project workflows.

5. Experience with at least one project management tool such as Zoho, Jira, or Linear.


Server Management:

1. Knowledge of AWS and Digital Ocean, particularly in managing billing sections.


Vendor Management:

1. Communicate and negotiate with third-party vendors to optimize costs.

2. Identify key areas for cost reduction while maintaining quality.


App Store Management:

1. Handle app submissions and updates on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

2. Communicate with Google and Apple support communities to resolve issues promptly.


Internal and External Communication:

1. Coordinate and schedule meetings for internal teams and external vendors as needed.

2. Set up and manage on-demand meetings as needed.

3. Familiarity with Zoom and Google Meet for setting up calls and meetings.


Reporting:

1. Provide daily reports to your manager on project progress and any issues encountered.


Qualifications and Other Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree is required.

2. 1-2 years of relevant experience in project coordination.

3. Strong verbal and written command of English, Hindi, and Bengali languages.

4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

5. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. Experience with Google Play Store and Apple App Store management.

7. Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
