Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Robotics Teacher to join our faculty and help our students develop a strong foundation in robotics and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of robotics, a passion for teaching, and the ability to engage students in hands-on learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Instruction:
  • Teach robotics concepts and programming to students of various age groups and skill levels.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that incorporate hands-on activities, projects, and real-world applications.
  1. Student Engagement and Support:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
  • Provide individualized support and mentorship to students to help them achieve their learning goals.
  • Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
  1. Extracurricular Activities:
  • Organize and supervise robotics clubs, competitions, and events to enhance students' learning experiences.
  • Encourage students to participate in national and international robotics competitions and guide them in their preparation.
  1. Professional Development:
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in robotics and educational technologies.
  • Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to continuously improve teaching practices and subject knowledge.
  1. Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers, administrators, and staff to integrate robotics education into the broader school curriculum.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A teaching credential is preferred.
  • Proven experience teaching robotics or related subjects to students.
  • Strong knowledge of robotics platforms, programming languages (e.g., Python, C++), and educational tools (e.g., LEGO Mindstorms, VEX Robotics).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with educational best practices.
