Job Title: AR Analyst (ECW Software)Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Mandatory ECW Hands-on Experience) Work Model: Permanent Work from Office Shift Timing: Night Shift Location: Mohali, PunjabAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled AR Analyst with strong experience in eClinicalWorks (ECW) who can manage end-to-end RCM processes with accuracy and speed. The ideal candidate must be well-versed with US healthcare billing, follow-ups, and denial handling on ECW software.Key ResponsibilitiesWork on claims submission, charge entry, payment posting, and denial management using ECW.Perform AR follow-ups with insurance companies via calls/emails to resolve claim issues.Analyze claim denials and take corrective actions to ensure timely reimbursements.Maintain accurate documentation and update claim status in ECW.Ensure compliance with US Healthcare guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and payer-specific policies.Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.Coordinate with clients and internal teams for claim escalations and clarifications.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in US Medical Billing/AR on ECW software.Strong knowledge of RCM cycle (billing, coding basics, payments, denials).Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.BenefitsGrowth-driven work environment.Professional training & continuous development.Location📍 Mohali, Punjab (Permanent Work from Office)
