Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital media strategies and plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various online channels, including display advertising, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing managers, creative teams, and media buyers, to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct market research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and insights for digital media planning and optimization.
  • Plan, negotiate, and execute digital media buys, including media placements, ad creative, and budget allocations, to maximize reach, visibility, and ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze digital media performance metrics, KPIs, and campaign results to assess effectiveness, optimize tactics, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital media planning, advertising, and measurement, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital media planning, advertising, or marketing roles, with a focus on strategy development, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital media planning tools, research methodologies, and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas, negotiate with media vendors, and present digital media plans to internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in digital media planning practices.

Skills:

  • Digital Media Strategy: Developing and executing digital media strategies and plans to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Market Research: Conducting audience analysis, segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform digital media planning decisions.
  • Media Buying: Negotiating and executing digital media buys across various channels to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing digital media performance metrics, KPIs, and campaign results to maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration: Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to align digital media planning efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.

Preferred:

  • Certification in digital marketing, media planning, or related disciplines.
  • Experience with digital media planning software, analytics tools, and ad platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
