Fashion Merchandiser (Production and Fabric Management)

Role Overview:

As a Fashion Merchandiser at Crow, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our e-commerce and retail channels, as well as overseeing production and fabric management. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks including product selection, inventory management, market analysis, website management, and fabric coordination. You will collaborate closely with various teams to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities:

E-commerce Operations:

  • Oversee the management of our online store, including Shopify backend operations and marketplace management.
  • Manage website inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of products.

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.

Sales Analysis and Forecasting:

  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and develop sales forecasts.

Website Management:

  • Oversee the management of our website, ensuring timely updates and a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Production and Fabric Management:

  • Monitor production schedules and address delays in production.
  • Handle production queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct fabric checks to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Manage fabric orders, forecasting, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery.
  • Address fabric issues and handle shade calls.
  • Coordinate logistics follow-up to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Explore ERP implementation for future needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, retail management, or fashion merchandising.
  • Proficiency in Shopify backend operations, Excel, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in production management and fabric coordination is highly desirable.
