Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Instructional Designer/Curriculum Developer at Panacea Infosec Pvt Ltd. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing instructional content, developing training and development programs, managing learning management systems, and creating curriculum in the field of Payment Security. This is an on-site role located in Dwarka, Delhi, India.


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct skills gap analyses between industry expectations and academic curriculum.
  2. Develop clear learning objectives and align content to meet those objectives effectively.
  3. Design a comprehensive educational curriculum, specifying topics, scheduling dates, and determining the number of hours required per course.
  4. Create engaging instructional designs at both high and low levels to facilitate optimal comprehension of content by students.
  5. Collaborate with the graphics and technology teams to produce relevant graphic and online content.
  6. Liaise with the business development teams to develop solutions tailored to corporate needs.
  7. Coordinate with SMEs and faculties to ensure seamless implementation of standardized curriculum.
  8. Conduct Train the Trainer sessions for faculties to ensure consistent delivery of specific learning outcomes across courses.
  9. Develop assessment methodologies to quantify learning outcomes effectively.


Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Demonstrated track record of at least 3+ years in roles relevant to education, showcasing expertise and proficiency in the field.
  2. Display a genuine passion for education, coupled with a proactive attitude towards taking ownership of tasks and projects, driving them to successful outcomes.
  3. Proven ability to excel and maintain composure in environments with high work pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering quality results consistently.
  4. Possess a keen eye for identifying emerging trends in education and reacting promptly to adapt and keep the curriculum and content relevant, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with exceptional organizational abilities to coordinate tasks efficiently and effectively.
  6. Proficient in various aspects of instructional design, including storyboarding, eLearning development, and content writing, showcasing creativity and innovation in content creation.
  7. Maintain a positive attitude towards challenges, coupled with a strong desire to produce measurable results, contributing to the overall success and growth of educational initiatives.

  1. BTech/BE in Computer Science/IT/ECE with exposure to coding
  2. Proficient in Articulate Suite
  3. Post Graduate Certification or Masters in Instructional Design/Education or related fields
