This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative payment solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of key financial products and services.🔻 Key Responsibilities🔸 Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.🔸 Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements into clear functional solutions.🔸 Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify business opportunities and system enhancements.🔸 Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring business needs are met.Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.🔸 Stay updated with industry trends, payment schemes, and card networks (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.).💠Required Skills & Experience🔸 10–14 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Card Payments domain.🔸 Strong understanding of Cards (Credit/Debit/Prepaid) and Payment Systems (Switching, Authorization, Settlement, Disputes).🔸 Proven experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.🔸 Interested Candidates can share their resumes on sheetal.na@peoplefy.com
