Our portfolio spans a wide range of sectors, including airports, corporate offices, renewable energy, power and transmission, ports, manufacturing, and educational institutions and many more.Job ResponsibilitiesAbility to manage a large team. Thorough understanding of Operations & Service Delivery concepts, with a proven track record of delivering resultsStrong leadership skills and ability to ensure the team understands deliverables and business requirementsStrong people management skills with the ability to set/ get alignment toward a directionDesign an effective service delivery model, align systems and resourcesTo formulate plans/ practices that enable the team to maximize their output in terms of productivity and accuracy.Good understanding of IT Hardware & Networking products like Surveillance System, ACS, Fire Alarm Systems, Smart Cities, PA Systems, BMS, and other electronic perimeter securities.Assessing the structure and procedures and tweaking these, where necessary to ensure that objectives are matchedHosting regular meetings with Projects and Support team to discuss the plans and address concerns.Requirement Proven working experience in OperationsStrong Communication and Interpersonal Skills with aptitude for building relationships with professionals of organizations.Assertive and clear style of communication.Education QualificationQualification- BE/ M.Sc. (EC) / (IT) with a Minimum 10+ years of experience in OperationsMBA/ PMP certification would be preferred.
