JOB ROLE:
Looking for Luxury Real estate Sales Professional who can specialize in selling High-End residential properties to affluent clients. This role involvesa combination of marketing, Sales,Client Management and industry expertiseto maximize salesand provide exceptional service to HNI’s & ultra HNI’sseeking Luxury Properties.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and targetpotential luxury real estate clientsthrough networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Build and maintainstrong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
Understand clients' needs,preferences, and financialcapabilities to offertailored property solutions.
Provide Personalized Service& Cater to the Uniqueneeds & Preferences Of Luxury Clientele.
Property Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to showcaseluxury properties, includinghigh-quality photos, virtual tours, and print materials.
List luxury properties on relevant onlineplatforms and in exclusive luxuryreal estate publications.
Co-ordinate all marketingactivities to generateLeads in the HNI category.
Market Penetration Industrywise.
Host open housesand private showingsfor prospective buyers.
Market Research and Expertise:
Stay informed about local and global luxury real estatemarket trends, pricing,and competition.
Provide clients with comprehensive marketanalysis and advice to make informed decisions.
Keep up-to-date with relevant laws,taxations & regulations pertaining to luxuryreal estate transactions.
Negotiation and Sales:
Execute Complete Sales Cycle of a Luxuryreal estate transaction.
Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms on behalf of clients to achieve the best possibleoutcomes.
Facilitate property inspections and appraisals, addressing any concernsor issues that may arise.
Close transactions smoothlyand efficiently while ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
AdministrativeDuties:
Maintain accurate record of property listing, client interactions & Transactions.
Handle paperwork, contracts, and documentation with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with real estate attorneys,escrow officers &others, to ensure a seamlessclosing process.
Institutional Duties:
Attend Monthly Sales Reviews and Weekly reporting.
Display & Maintainhighest level of institutional behavioradhering to organizational Protocols & Discipline.
Uphold the highestethical standards & maintain strict confidentiality.
Desired Candidate :
Work Experience : Minimum 4 Years handling HNI's directly.
Preferred Industry Experience : Real Estate from Channel Partner firm, Real Estate Ancillary, Wealth Management, LuxuryAutomobile, Hospitality.
Communication : Fluentin English, Hindi.
Traits : Go Getter,Market Penetration, Independent Work Ethics, High Integrity.
Education : MinimumGraduate in any Discipline, MBA would be preferred.
Gender : Both Female & Male Candidates can apply.
Proficiency in using real estate softwareand CRM tools
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Availability for work on weekends& Sundays.
