About the role
We are looking for a Senior Production Manager to one of our units. The roles and responsibilities will include:
- Leading the department's Production, in coordination with Quality, Purchase, Dispatch and Maintenance departments
- Lead the staff in the unit along with workers to achieve Production Capacity on a daily basis
- Look for ways to lead the unit towards more automation
- Look for ways to improve manufacturing by using tools of Lean Management and Six Sigma
- Work with R&D department to develop new products
About you
- Previous experience in a Managerial role is required
- Knowledge about Lean Manufacturing is highly desired
- An degree in Engineering field/ experience in an Engineering production environment is desired
- Ability to take on a challenge and turn things around
- Bachelor's degree in a technical education is desired
