The ideal candidate brings over 12 years of ERP consulting experience, deep domain expertise and a passion for leveraging modern capabilities like Microsoft Copilot, AI-driven automation and real-time business performance analytics to transform business operations. This role is pivotal in translating complex business challenges into elegant, scalable solutions that drive measurable value.๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:ย โข Solution Architecture & Delivery: Lead full-cycle D365 F&O implementations, from requirements gathering and gap analysis through go-live and post-implementation optimization. Architect solutions that leverage AI and automation, including Copilot-driven processes and generative insights.ย โข Business Process Transformation: Conduct workshops with C-level stakeholders and business users to streamline finance and supply chain operations. Model and document end-to-end processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.ย โข Configuration & Optimization: Perform hands-on configuration of core D365 modules, including General Ledger, AP/AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management and Master Planning.ย โข Data & Testing Leadership: Oversee data migration strategy and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring data integrity and that the solution meets all business requirements.ย โข Mentorship & Enablement: Act as a functional lead for project teams, mentoring junior consultants and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure high user adoption and long-term client success.๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐:ย โข 12+ years of ERP consulting experience, with at least 8 years focused on Dynamics AX / D365 F&O.ย โข Proven track record leading at least three full-lifecycle D365 F&O implementations for enterprise clients.ย โข Deep functional expertise across both Finance and Supply Chain modules.
