We are seeking a Recruitment Manager – Non- IT Domains (Manufacturing, Construction, Education etc.,) who brings strategic depth, operational rigor, and a passion for solving complex talent challenges. Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Stakeholder Management Build, nurture, and expand client relationships by providing strategic recruitment insights and advisory support.Talent Strategy & Execution Design and execute recruitment strategies across Manufacturing, Construction, Education, and Renewable Energy sectors. Proven experience in hiring across junior, mid, and senior levels.Sourcing Excellence Demonstrate strong research and sourcing capabilities to identify, assess, and engage niche talent. Hands-on expertise with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards.Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and motivate a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.Negotiation & Closure Drive end-to-end hiring cycles with precision, ensuring superior candidate experience and negotiation outcomes.Reporting & Analytics Develop recruitment dashboards, performance reports, and market insights for client presentations and internal reviews.Revenue Impact & Commercial Alignment Align hiring priorities with revenue-generating functions (Sales, Delivery, Billable Roles) to accelerate business outcomes. Track and improve recruiter productivity, fill ratios, and turnaround times to enhance revenue realization and client retention.What We’re Looking For5–10 years of experience in non-tech recruitment within a search, consulting, or agency setupStable career trajectory with a consistent record of delivering results across diverse mandatesDeadline-driven and detail-oriented, with strong execution and multitasking capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to source and engage niche talent across functions and leadership levelsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsStrong analytical mindset and proficiency in using data for insights and decision makingCurious, adaptable, and eager to expand domain expertise across industries
