Position: Leather Dye Technician
Role Summary
The Leather Dye Technician role at KKSK International goes beyond traditional dyeing responsibilities. You will play a pivotal role in crafting leather articles tailored to customer requirements while maintaining uncompromising quality standards. Your expertise will ensure minimal batch variations and consistent, piece-to-piece uniformity in color, delivering products that set industry benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop leather articles that meet exact customer specifications for color and quality.
- Ensure precise color consistency with minimal batch variation and uniformity across all pieces.
- Execute dyeing operations using advanced techniques to maintain high-quality standards.
- Regularly monitor processes and adjust as needed to enhance color accuracy and product consistency.
- Maintain and troubleshoot dyeing equipment to ensure seamless operations.
- Work collaboratively with production teams to meet delivery schedules and maintain efficiency.
- Uphold KKSK’s commitment to sustainability by integrating eco-friendly practices into daily operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Leather Technology or a Bachelor’s Degree in Leather Technology (B.Tech) is required.
- Hands-on experience with leather dyeing techniques and precise color matching.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining dyeing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and color consistency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
- Physical stamina to handle standing and lifting during production shifts.
- Familiarity with sustainable practices in leather manufacturing is an added advantage.
