Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Frontend Developer with over 4 years of experience in building mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using React Native. You’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing the user interface of our ERP platform, ensuring an exceptional experience for our users. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and mentoring the frontend team.


Responsibilities:

  • UI Development: Design and implement high-quality, responsive user interfaces using React Native.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
  • Optimization: Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and debug issues to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Leadership: Build and mentor the frontend team, providing guidance and support to junior developers.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in frontend technologies and propose improvements to our tech stack.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Over 4 years of experience as a Mobile Developer with a strong portfolio of React Native projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in React Native and JavaScript. Knowledge of modern frontend technologies and best practices.
  • Design Sensibility: Ability to translate complex design concepts into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Agility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
  • Communication: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with state management solutions in React Native.
  • Knowledge of backend integration and API usage.
  • Familiarity with other frontend frameworks or languages.
