Innovate.Dozers Creative Studios is ready for its next chapter — and we’re hiring a Senior Video Editor who can lead a team, build systems, and deliver premium edits consistently.This is NOT a junior roleWe need someone with 3–5+ years of hard editing experience, strong creative instincts, and the ability to mentor young editors.Someone who can take pressure, give direction, and handle the creative backbone of the studio.Your Responsibilities:• Lead the entire editing team• Review junior editors & interns, train them, grow them• Handle premium edits (client films, brand stories, campaigns)• Advanced editing in Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve• Motion graphics & compositing in After Effects• Integrate AI tools into the editing workflow (Adobe Sensei, Runway, etc.)• Maintain quality control & ensure deadlines• Work directly with Fenn to build Dozers Post-Production systemRequirements (Strict):✔ 3–5+ years of professional editing experience✔ Strong reel demonstrating premium-level edits✔ Deep expertise in Premiere Pro + After Effects (DaVinci is a plus)✔ Must use a Mac setup (for speed & stability)✔ Strong storytelling and pacing instincts✔ Ability to create from scratch — not just follow instructions✔ Experience mentoring juniors or leading a small team✔ Ability to think under creative pressure✔ Must be process-driven, disciplined, emotionally stableBonus Skills:• Knowledge of AI workflows (Runway, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT prompts, etc.)• Strong color grading fundamentals• Sound design basics• Basic script/idea contributionWhat This Role Leads To:Lead Editor → Post Production HeadOwnership of the editing teamCreative leadership at Dozers📍 Location: Chetpet, ChennaiRole: Full-time (On-site only)Salary: Based on expertise, speed & leadership ability (premium bracket)To Apply:Send your best reel, not everything you’ve ever edited.If your work doesn’t match Dozers standards — you won’t be shortlisted.Jason 8438376109 / Ganesh 8015963207 If you’re the kind of editor who can lift the entire studio’s quality — this role is built for you.
