Job Title: Vue.js Frontend Developer


Location: Bangalore, India


We are hiring for a VC-funded logistics start-up based in Bangalore. They are dedicated to revolutionizing the logistics industry through technology.

They are seeking experienced Vue.js Frontend Developer to join team in Bangalore. As a Frontend Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our web applications, ensuring they are user-friendly, performant, and visually appealing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new user-facing features using Vue.js and build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
  • Implement and maintain state management using Pinia.
  • Utilize Flex Box for responsive and adaptive layout designs.
  • Write and maintain unit tests and end-to-end (E2E) tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of the application.
  • Integrate and validate data using Zod for schema validation.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are current and competitive.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and building web applications.
  • Vue.js Expertise: At least 2 years of experience working with Vue.js.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in JavaScript ES6, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tools like Eslint, Babel, Webpack, NPM.
  • State Management: Hands-on experience with Pinia or similar state management libraries.
  • Testing: Strong experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest) and E2E testing.
  • Design and UX: A good sense of design and user experience principles.
  • Responsive Design: Knowledge and implementation of responsive web principles using media queries and Flex Box.
  • APIs: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Quality Focus: Committed to writing high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Communication: Strong English comprehension and communication skills.
