We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Engineer with 5+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in LoadRunner to design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies. As a Performance Engineer, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve software performance. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering quality solutions.

Locations: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Panchkula (India)

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS

  • 5+ years in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on performance testing.
  • Proficient in LoadRunner for performance testing, including scripting, execution, and analysis across multiple protocols such as HTTP/HTML, Web Services, and Citrix.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace or Grafana for performance analysis and bottleneck identification path.
  • Knowledge of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Strong expertise in configuring and managing test environments that replicate production conditions.
  • Expert Familiarity with scripting/programming languages such as JavaScript, C, or Java.
  • Exposure to Agile (Scrum) methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to testing and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performance Testing: design, and execute performance test scenarios using LoadRunner to evaluate system performance under load, stress, and scalability conditions.
  • Monitor system resource utilization during performance tests and collect relevant performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to address and resolve performance issues.
  • Monitor system resource utilization, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement using tools like Dynatrace or Grafana.
  • Prepare detailed performance test reports with clear and actionable recommendations.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
