For pursuing its modernization & globalization, ADP is looking for an Access & Identity Management Senior Engineer.


In this role,


  • You will join ADP organization at Hyderabad, combining developers & engineers focusing on Access & Identity Management (IDAM)
  • You'll report to a matrix organization : hard line to the IT engineering service of APAC/EMEA/Latam (GETS), dotted line to the "Access & Identity Management" Product development teams in APAC, EMEA, AMRS
  • You'll be in touch with various Product Owners, depending on the area of focus (Next Gen environment, or Current Gen environment )
  • You will work on the modernization of the Customer Facing IDAM ecosystem in ADP, focusing on the Engineering and Architecture activities for the APAC region.
  • Your mission will consist in
  • Participating to the design, Implement (with help of Architect of other regions) of the new IDAM solution in APAC (new services, new tools), based on Cloud based services (AWS)
  • Auditing & documenting current Gen environment
  • Proposing solutions for Globalizing & standardizing the IDAM ecosystem in APAC, meeting global expectations
  • Proposing solutions for Automating deployments & developing Self Services
  • Identify & execute migration scenarios with help of other teams
  • Identifying replication/migration technologies between current Gen & NExt Gen
  • Scoping & Integrating New Products & accompany Product Management teams on their IDAM evolutions
  • Designing & documenting IDAM architectures (infrastructure such as Servers, flows, database...) as well as processes
  • Meeting stakeholders (proactive & reactive conversations) for anticipating needs or fixing root cause of problems
  • Supporting Roadmap & EOL
  • Supporting existing Access & Identity Management infrastructure & processes in the region (level 2), next to DEVOPS team, Access Management Teams & Product Development teams


Technologies :


  • We need you to have significant experience with IT Architecture activities (design, technology watch, relationship with Siteminder Vendor..)
  • You are very comfortable with AWS public cloud services
  • You already participated to some international projects (worldwide scale)
  • You already worked with Product Development & Infrastructure teams (Dev & Ops)
  • You get good knowledge on Security best practices for IDAM ecosystem
  • You are familiar with some technologies below, permitting you to implement and support a new architecture with help of Core Specialists on these technologies
  • Access & Management : Siteminder (Layer7, SPS, Policy Servers, Access Gateway) , Ldap, Apache
  • IT architecture System (linux)/Network/Storage fundamentals
  • IDAM replication tools
  • Web based technologies : Apache, Tomcat
  • AWS Managed Services , specifically Kafka/MSK; Container/EKS
  • Database like MongoDB and DocumentDB
  • Micro services/API
  • Infrastructure as code: Python and AWS CDK (Desired)

  • Scope : APAC and Latam Region (China, Australia, India, Brazil), cooperation with EMEA & AMRS


  • Seniority: A minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience as Siteminder Engineer, a past experience with IDAM project
  • Languages : English : read/written/spoken (professional)
  • On call and Out of Office hours work will be required
