Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager (Technical) with 10+ years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of our technical products and solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, you will lead the charge in delivering products that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and market needs.

2. Technical Leadership: Provide expert technical guidance and leadership to the product development team.

3. Product Roadmap: Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects the evolving needs of customers and market trends.

4. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.

5. Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.

6. Product Development: Proficient in applying technical expertise across various technologies, Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product releases.

7. Product Launch: Lead product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, coordinating cross-functional activities, and driving adoption.

8. Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

9. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.

10. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to internal stakeholders and leadership.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (Master's degree preferred).

- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in delivering technical products to market.

- Strong technical background with extensive experience in software development and a deep understanding of relevant technologies.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Experience working in an agile development environment.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
