We are a fast-growing company specializing in luxury decorative lighting and luxury furniture, with our headquarters in Noida and a manufacturing facility in Moradabad. We are seeking an experienced Finance & Purchase Manager to lead our financial operations and procurement processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage cash flow, budgeting, bill approvals, and account receivables to ensure financial health and compliance.
  • Lead the accounts and purchase teams, ensuring efficient and accurate financial management across all operations.
  • Collaborate with clients on billing and financial matters, ensuring clear communication and timely payments.
  • Manage and optimize the procurement process, including timely ordering, rate checks, negotiations, and vendor management.
  • Work closely with our Moradabad factory to ensure seamless integration between procurement and financial operations.
  • Focus on maintaining financial compliance, implementing best practices, and driving efficiency within the 6-member finance and purchase team.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in finance, accounts, and purchasing roles.
  • Strong background in managing cash flow, budgeting, and client billing.
  • Proven expertise in procurement, including vendor management, negotiations, and ensuring timely ordering.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively with teams across different locations, particularly with our factory in Moradabad.
  • Must have hands-on experience in handling finance, accounts, and purchase, with a focus on maintaining financial compliance.
