vidaXL Hyderabad site

The international retailer brand vidaXL is opening a new office site in Hyderabad, India. The Hyderabad office will work in close relation with vidaXL headquarters in Netherlands and our office in China to perform e-commerce activities, marketing, copywriting, design, back-office and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Reports To: Manager Order Management

Working condition:

vidaXL has a standard 5 days a week in the office condition- the starting times are flexible, in alignment with the hiring manager.

Job Summary:

The end-to-end test lead ensures that all testing activities align with project goals and quality standards. This involves leading the team in designing and executing test cases, capacity planning, reporting and analyze test results.

Key Responsibilities

What will you do?

  • Team Coordination
  • Manage a team of End-to-End testers, providing guidance and support where needed.
  • Coordinate team activities to ensure efficient test planning, execution and reporting.
  • Supervise the documentation of test script and analyses the result.
  • Test planning and Execution .
  • Ensure that the planning roadmap is up-to-date, and deadlines are met.
  • Oversees the design and development of test cases.
  • Ensures execution of test cases, based on accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor test progress and address issues/delays.
  • Stakeholder management
  • Act as the point of contact between End-to-End test team and other departments. (e.g. Finance, Customer Service, Project management)
  • Consult stakeholders throughout the design- and execution process.
  • Inform stakeholders on the roadmap- and status of ongoing test activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 3 year experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal in the English language.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of test planning, execution and documentation practices.
  • Experience with test automation is a plus
  • Familiarity with order management systems is a plus
