Satellite Shelters, Inc., a leader in the mobile modular industry, has a great opportunity for a sales driven and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Lawrenceville, GA branch. The right person is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is a problem-solver and a HIGHLY effective communicator. Experience in the construction or mobile office industries preferred.

Inside Sales Coordinator Position Summary:

In addition to Sales Support, this position partners with the Branch Manager and Sales Department to develop, maintain, and interact with new and existing customers within the branch sales area. This position monitors records and files, contacts current and future partners, extends initiatives with the company, matches product with customer requirements, closes contracts for defined products, and monitors completion of service work orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist Sales Department with Contract Administration.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Sales department under the direction of management.
  • Enter orders and information into NAV.
  • Interact with the operations department in coordination of activities and services.
  • Assist Sales department in assisting with customer needs.
  • Assist with sales process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Administrative Assistant:

  • Utilize computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and NAV.
  • Maintain and manage filing system for branch.
  • Answers incoming calls in group setting. Takes messages or fields/answers routine and non-routine questions.
  • Monitor, organize, and prioritize a large volume of information and calls.
  • Provide callers with information and follow up.
  • Answers incoming calls in group setting.

  • Acts as liaison to other departments and outside agencies as required.
  • Assist with other clerical duties such as photocopying and faxing
  • Acts as liaison to accounting department. Process accounting documentation as required.
  • Greets and directs visitors outside guest at times
  • Mail and delivery coordination.
  • Performs other duties as required

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • This position requires an Associate Degree and 1+ year of administrative assistant experience or high school diploma and 3+ years of administrative assistant experience.
  • Degree in business preferred but not required.
  • Technical Capacity
  • Shown ability to collaborate with other team members to accomplish tasks.
  • Thoroughness and detail oriented.

Additional Education and Experience for Inside Sales Coordinator:

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong Interpersonal communications skills
  • Schedule flexibility to respond to emergency situations
  • Current driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles.

Additional Required Skills for Inside Sales Coordinator

  • Senior level administrative and sales experience required.
  • Proficient in sales coordination and customer service application.
