Role: Peoplesoft Instructor (3 Positions)


Location: Fully Remote (India Only)


Role Overview:

Are you passionate about Oracle PeopleSoft and skilled in imparting knowledge? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as PeopleSoft Instructors. In this role, you will play a crucial part in educating professionals on various modules and technologies within the Oracle HRMS PeopleSoft Enterprise Application Suite.


Responsibilities:


Training Delivery:

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions covering Oracle PeopleSoft modules including Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits, Training, Workforce Monitoring, ePay, and eProfile.
  • Provide hands-on training on administration and support of Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2 Enterprise applications.
  • Teach best practices in implementing and maintaining applications developed in PeopleSoft People Tools 8.58+ and PeopleCode.


Content Development:

  • Develop and update training materials and presentations to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Incorporate latest updates such as migrating PeopleSoft applications from classic navigation to 9.2 Fluid design.
  • Design practical exercises and assessments to reinforce learning outcomes.


Technical Expertise:

  • Implement and support applications developed in PeopleSoft SQR (Structured Query Report Language).
  • Provide guidance on using PeopleSoft BI Publisher technology for reporting and document generation.
  • Create user and technical documentation for supported systems.


Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees during and after training sessions.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment to enhance understanding and application of PeopleSoft technologies.


Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2 Enterprise Application Suite.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft People Tools 8.58+, PeopleCode, and SQR.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft BI Publisher and Fluid design.
  • Ability to create comprehensive user and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
