Technical Operations Engineer

Desired Candidate:
- Strong understanding of Telecom, VAS, SIP/SS7/IN protocols, IVR,OBD, SMS Call Flows
- 1-3 years of experience in Technical Operations
- Good Knowledge of Linux and Windows servers
- Work Experience on Data Base like MySQL
- Good Debugging skills of Logs on Linux environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data management.
- Familiar with ticketing tools like JIRA
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Should have experience to work with cross-functional team like Engineering, Product , Account Management .
- Prior experience in the telecommunications industry or with Value-Added Services (VAS) is highly desirable.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Application Troubleshooting and DebuggingDiagnose and troubleshoot application-related issues, including detailed log analysis and debugging across system, DB, and application logs on both Linux and Windows servers.
- Ensure resolution of technical issues within defined SLA parameters.
- System Monitoring and Uptime MaintenanceMaintain 99.999% service uptime, minimizing downtime through continuous system, network, and application performance monitoring.Analyse system performance and implement optimizations.
- Configuration and Deployment Oversee configuration and deployment of new services, including patch updates and service migrations to ensure operational stability.
- Apply best practices for system configurations and version control.
- Documentation and ReportingMaintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Generate regular reports on system performance, uptime, and service status.
- Revenue Assurance and Data AnalysisSupport revenue assurance through data monitoring and analysis, ensuring accuracy in reporting and data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to meet revenue KPIs and support client requirements.
- Stakeholders Management:External Stakeholder Management: Maintain client relationships through consistent communication and by addressing queries or concerns effectively.I
- Internal stakeholder Management: Internal Cross-Functional Communication (Product, Engineering, Account Management, IT and System Operations) to manage end to end product cycle.
