Greetings from TCSTCS is hiring for Tableau Support EngineerRequired Skill Set: Tableau, Linux and OBIEEDesired Experience Range: 4 to 10 YearsJob Location: HyderabadMust Have:· 3+ years of Linux experience in maintenance, operations and support · Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services proactively. · 1+ years of experience working with SQL · 2+ years of experience working with GITGood To Have:Good hands-on experience in Tableau/OBIEE Good hands-on Experience in DynaTraceExpectations from the Role:1. Health check of Application server monitoring whether it is up and running all the time.2. Escalation of critical issues in accordance with relevant process and procedures3. Deliver services to agreed Service Level and Operating Level Agreements4. Work with the Patching team to help evaluate and recommend products to improve the availability of services5. Participation in 24x7 on-call rota and be available for out-of-hours work as required6. Participate in discretionary projects/engineering tasks as agreed7. Development and automation of services processes and procedures8. Manage installations and software upgrades to ensure all services are kept as current as possible and that license audit is performed and all licenses are in place9. Manage the configuration and operation of Worldpay Linux services10. Deliver reporting on Linux performance metricsThank youBodhisatwa Ray
