Through the projects and initiatives, Good Universe embodies a holistic approach to social welfare, addressing critical issues with a focus on research, sustainability, inclusivity, and community well-being.

Role Overview:
The Project Research Associate will play a pivotal role in conducting research and analysis to support the organization's initiatives in the areas of climate and healthcare. This position requires a passionate individual who is committed to making a difference and has a strong interest in policy advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct research on climate and healthcare policies, as well as gender studies related to these areas.
2. Analyze data and prepare reports to support policy advocacy efforts.
3. Assist in developing and implementing advocacy strategies to promote policy change.
4. Coordinate with field teams to gather information and data for research purposes.
5. Represent the organization at meetings, workshops, and other events related to climate and healthcare advocacy.
6. Collaborate with partner organizations and stakeholders to support advocacy efforts.
7. Assist in the development of project proposals and fundraising activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Policy Research, Gender Studies, Climate Studies, or a related field. Graduates in any discipline with a strong interest in social impact will be considered.
- Previous experience in policy research or advocacy is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel within the city as needed.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to Travel around the city as the position requires you to.
- Excellent communication skills, self-starting ability, time management.

- Competent pay will be provided based on qualifications and experience.
