Need to Have:

  1. Masters/bachelor’s in accounting or related field.
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in US Taxation
  3. Fluent in English about work and understand language in the social and cultural context of the US.
  4. Experience of Handling a team in a previous firm.
  5. Experience with a regional or Big 4 accounting firm
  6. Proven relationship management skills and experience establishing rapport, trust and confidence with key stakeholders
  7. Ability to manage and motivate teams with team members at all levels
  8. Facilitated Training for staff and seniors.
  9. Experience working independently on multiple assignments or engagements, even in a virtual environment

Good to Have:

  1. CPA or EA is preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Candidate with exposure to US client handling is preferred.
  3. Prior experience in Managerial or supervisory role
  4. Experience with advanced Tax planning & Research tools
  5. Familiarity with emerging technologies and their impacts on Tax compliance.
