FMCG CLIENT OF ALLY EXECUTIVE HR - only immediate joinings pr serving notice less than 30 daysJob Title: Finance & Accounts ManagerLocation: Noida (Candidates residing in or near Noida preferred)Experience: 8–12 Years (Minimum 3–4 years post Chartered Accountant qualification)Industry Preference: FMCG / TradingExperience in FEMA, IND AS, International Tax ( Singapore ) or UAE, UK, US will be plus, Intl compliances, managing intl banking Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Compliance:Lead the preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and IFRS.Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal auditors.Accounting Operations:Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations.Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury operations.Taxation & Regulatory Compliance:Manage International Taxation, including Transfer Pricing, DTAA, and withholding tax compliance.Oversee direct and indirect tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and government filings.Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis:Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.Provide insights into business performance through MIS and financial analysis.Partner with business teams to drive cost optimization and margin improvement.Team Management:Lead and mentor the accounts team.Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth finance operations.Key Requirements:Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.Total work experience: 8–12 years in Finance & Accounting roles.Proven exposure to Ind AS, IFRS, and International Taxation.Industry experience in FMCG or Trading sectors is mandatory.Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Residing in Noida or nearby locations is preferred due to the office-based role.Preferred Attributes:Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.Employment Type: Full-timeWork Location: On-site (Noida)Reporting To: Head – Finance / CFO
