Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Compensation Functional professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules. This role involves understanding business requirements, configuring the system, testing, training, and supporting end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation processes and best practices, and the ability to translate business needs into system requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective & efficient application configuration.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide functional expertise.
  • Ensure the quality and timely delivery of system solutions.
