Job Description: Graphic Designer


Responsibilities:


- Design visually appealing, brand-aligned graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of digital and print materials, including blog images, infographics, social media visuals, eBooks, presentations, and marketing collateral.

- Collaborate closely with content writers and editors to understand project requirements and effectively translate content concepts into visuals that enhance messaging and storytelling.

- Maintain consistent visual identity across all materials by adhering to established brand guidelines.

- Stay informed on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating innovative design elements into projects as appropriate.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

- Occasionally communicate with clients to understand their design needs, gathering and incorporating client feedback to achieve desired outcomes.

- Conduct quality checks on all design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.

  

Ideal Profile:


- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

- Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.

- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Canva, Designrr, PowerPoint, and AI-powered tools for video and illustration creation.

- Skills in Microsoft Word and PDF for eBook alignment and layout optimization.

- Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.

- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

- Effective time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Experience in content writing agencies or with content-focused projects is a plus.
