Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes and facilitating strategic initiatives within the company. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable insights to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth.

Responsibilities -

·      Conduct thorough analysis of key performance metrics, including sales, customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance, to gather data, define KPIs, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.

·      Utilize data visualization tools to create insightful reports and dashboards that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

·      Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our performance against industry standards and identify areas of competitive advantage.

·      Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and drive innovation.

·      Partner with the Product Development team to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.

·      Lead ad-hoc analysis and special projects as assigned by senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support business initiatives.

·      Stay informed about industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to D2C brands in India, and proactively recommend strategies to maintain our competitive edge.

 

Qualifications:

 

·      Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

·      Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or D2C industry.

·      Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms.

·      Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modelling techniques is highly desirable.

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.

·      Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.

·      Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.

·      Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 


Responsibilities

  • Communicate and implement strategies alongside technical team
  • Identify and solve weaknesses within the organization
  • Explore new ways to increase customer or client satisfaction


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Fashion or Ecommerce industry is a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Data Analyst
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
