Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Developer with expertise in Node.js to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications, ensuring performance and scalability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and associated frameworks.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Work with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL to store and retrieve data
  • efficiently.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues in production and non-production environments.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in backend development.


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Node.js.
  • Proficiency with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
