The Business Analyst is a key client facing role at Algonomy with daily interactions with clients. The role requires candidates with prior experience in Customer Analytics, a strong orientation on Business and ability to identify 1:1 customer engagement opportunities.
Broad Responsibilities
- Develop a strong data driven understanding of the clients business and strategic intents.
- Work with the client in identifying campaign opportunities for use cases like increasing retention and increase in customer value.
- Identify campaigns and journeys to be implemented in support of objectives.
- Own campaign impact assessment and learnings.
- Be the face of Algonomy located at the client site.
- Develop a strong understanding of Algonomy suite of products.
Skills Required
- Very strong analytical skills and business orientation.
- Ability to connect the dots and derive business insight from data. ( not state the obvious present in data)
- Strong communication, visualization and presentation skills.
- Experience working on retention, churn, engagement and marketing analytics metrics.
- Good SQL skills with ability to write complex queries and working with Python
- Knowledge of Analytics self-service BI approaches and predictive analytics solutions is a strong advantage.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Statistical techniques (R, hypothesis testing)
- Knowledge of working with Campaign management tools and omni channel engagement
- Exposure to Design of Experiments.
