ROLE EXPECTATION:-

This position will be responsible for creation of block-out rendering images, 3D room scenes, 3D Animation for products.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create block out images in 3ds Max based on studio specifications by the traffic coordinator. Ensure that every image is of same quality one after the other, maintain consistency.
  • Need to assist studio creation development and during these projects will need to utilize the lighting and camera setting skills. May also need to develop new textures and colors.
  • Locate product models in the engineering storage system, export them, convert them to surface models, UV map them and prep them for use in 3d Max.
  • Follow the standards for managing data that would include storage of files, models, and textures in order to archive and use them for future projects.
  • Use assets (studios ) effectively to run a smooth production line for the block-out images.
  • Build 3d room scenes in 3ds Max based on design concepts from the set designer. Create all of the necessary textures, materials, lights and cameras in order to create photorealistic renderings. This will be done with input from one or more set of sources such as the engineers, set designers, photographers, art directors, and stylists.
  • Create fully textured prop models that have been specified by the set designer.
  • create 3D Animation in 3ds Max per standard. Ensure that Animation is of the same quality one after the other, and maintain consistency.
  • Use assets effectively to run a smooth production line for the 3D Animation creation.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in creating 3D photorealistic renderings of very high quality.
  • Experience with use of tools such as 3D Max, V-Ray , After Effects, Photoshop and standard plug ins. Good to have exposure to ZBrush and other architectural and CAD programs.
  • Can understand and create renders by reading and following instructions/input documents.
  • Advantage of having experience in Product animation creation using Unreal Engine, 3Ds Max and lighting using V-Ray.
  • Should be a good communicator and must be able to articulate thoughts/inspirations into words. Strong command of the English language a plus.
  • Must be a team player and a quick learner.
