Job Responsibilities Liaising and networking with schools, colleges, coaching centers, ITIs, and other institutions.Conducting motivational sessions, career counseling, and collecting student data.Coordinating with District Career Counselors, Gram Panchayats, and Boards for permissions.Achieving 100% admission targets assigned by Head Office.Identifying branding opportunities and placing hoardings within budget.Ensuring brand visibility and growing admissions in assigned region.Handling distribution of brochures and marketing material at examination centers.Coordinating leaflets, brochures, posters, flyers, and presentations with Team Leader.Conducting market research, tracking competitors, and submitting reports.Maintaining daily progress reports in UIMS and submitting weekly plans.Supporting event management and additional tasks assigned by Head Office.CompetenciesGood Communication SkillsGood Presentation SkillsGraduation is mustExperience between 2 to 5 years
