About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to lead talent acquisition efforts, guide the end-to-end hiring process, and manage performance evaluations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying top talent, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving initiatives that enhance overall employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including setting KPIs and conducting periodic evaluations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely, effective hiring.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, conflict resolution, and retention strategies.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to managers and staff to optimize human capital.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including proven hiring and performance management expertise.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, multitask effectively, and handle confidential information with discretion.
