Role Description


This is a full-time remote role for a Pen Tester. As a Pen Tester at Securemation, you will be responsible for conducting regular penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and assess the security of our clients' systems and networks. You will perform network and application-level security assessments, analyze test results, and provide detailed reports on findings. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to recommend and implement security measures to mitigate risks.

Othe activities will include Threat and Risk Assessment, ISMS design and implementation, Security audits, and other Security engineering and analysis functions.


Qualifications

  • OSCP certification is mandatory
  • Experience with penetration testing methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge of network and web application security vulnerabilities
  • Understanding of common security frameworks and standards (e.g., OWASP, ISO 27001)
  • Understanding of risk assessment
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for security testing purposes
  • Ability to perform manual and automated security testing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are also highly desirable
  • Experience in conducting security assessments in a remote work environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
