Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer with experience in UiPath to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in developing and supporting RPA solutions, with strong knowledge of business processes and automation technologies. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to work across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with UiPath (Preferably certified) to automate processes and provide application support activities.
  • Confirm technical readiness of the development environment to initiate development or support activities.
  • Comprehend process flows and requirements based on BRD & SDD.
  • Translate business requirements into optimal automation solutions, adhering to quality standards.
  • Identify and analyze existing client systems and map interactions between systems and departments.
  • Ensure best coding practices are followed and develop tasks using core workflow principles.
  • Perform code integration, code review, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Highlight risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and communicate with the Project Manager.
  • Revert with timelines for UAT fixes and perform sanity testing before moving code to production.
  • Ensure compliance with company and IT policies, including project documentation (Feasibility Study, BRD, SDD, Release Notes).
  • Provide post-deployment support and readiness to switch over as needed.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong experience with UiPath and understanding of UI elements, APIs, and SQL Databases.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (ASP.Net, C#, WPF, WCF) and basic understanding of Azure Cloud.
  • Experience with UiPath Orchestrator, bot monitoring, and asset/credential creation.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience working in an ISO 9001:2000 or CMMi certified environment.
  • Willingness to work shifts/weekends to support US/UK and on-call duties.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead teams.
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to work with global teams.
  • Experience with negotiation, persuasion, and consultative skills.
  • Process Skills:
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and technology trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Primary Interactions:

  • Internal: VP Technology Apps, Senior Business Leadership, Service Delivery Managers, ITES Team, ISG Team, IT Management Team.
  • External: Client Business & Technology Teams, External Vendors/Partners, Industry Forums.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-5 years of development/support experience with RPA tools like UiPath.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent qualifications and experience.
