Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an HR/Human Resource/Talent Acquisition Consultant/Manager with 0-3 years of experience. The role involves tasks such as:
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
- Assist hiring managers in developing job descriptions and interview questions.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate candidates based on the requirements and competencies of the role.
Qualifications
