We are defined by our dedication to doing good and this translates to business success, meaningful work friendships, a can-do attitude, and deep curiosity.Your impactDesigning and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performanceContributing in all phases of the development lifecycleWriting well designed, testable, efficient codeKey skills and requirements:BSc, Software Engineering or other related degree.At least 5 years of experience in Java/JEE development.Experience in Spring FrameworkHands-on experience with C# Windows Services using .NET Framework - AdvantageHands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platformsObject Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc.)Experience with MicroservicesExperience with: multithreading, REST, application servers and Open sources toolsFamiliar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within software design and development.What will be a differential, but is not mandatory?Working with containers such as OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes - advantageWorking with .Net framework - AdvantageWorking with Maven – an advantage.Experience with Kafka – an advantageExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies You can be a perfect fit if you have the following:Perseverance in analyzing and resolving highly complex issues;Attention to details;Initiative;Flexible and easy to adapt when working with multiple projects, different changes;Good communication skills and team work;Ability to learn fast.
