Job Description


  • Understand client requirements and provide expert advice on SAP HCM solutions
  • Configure and customize SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, Time, Payroll, and other related modules
  • Lead and participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of SAP HCM solutions
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as IT and HR, to ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP HCM solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP HCM and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Technical knowledge: have a strong understanding of the SAP HCM module and its various sub-modules, including payroll, time management, and benefits. They should be able to navigate the system, troubleshoot issues, and make changes as needed.
  • Business acumen: have a good understanding of HR processes and best practices, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Project management: have experience in leading or participating in SAP HCM projects, and knowledge of project management methodologies such as AGILE, Waterfall, etc.
  • Communication skills: have strong verbal and written communication skills, as they will need to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills: have strong analytical skills, and be able to interpret data and identify patterns and trends.
  • Technical writing: able to write technical documents such as functional and technical specifications, test scripts, and user guides.
  • Technical support: able to provide technical support to users and troubleshoot system issues as they arise.
  • Problem-solving: able to identify problems and come up with creative solutions to resolve them.
  • Adaptability: be able to adapt to new technologies and tools quickly and be able to learn new skills and processes as needed.
  • Teamwork: able to work effectively in a team environment, as they will often be part of a team of consultants working on a project.
  • Third party services: I am administrator of our IHRMYHR service, help users with their profile related issues also reset their Id password if needed.
  • FTP file: Take care any issue regarding FTP files because IHRMYHR consume FTP files which is generated from SAP.
